How Many Bugging Question ("we") is run by Abdulkadir Tüten, an independent founder based in Türkiye. This page explains what we collect when you use the site, why, and who else sees it. Questions or requests: help@howmanybuggingquestion.com.
What you send us
Your material (the description you type, the text of the page or GitHub repo you link, or the file you upload) is read in memory and sent to Anthropic's Claude API to write your report. We don't save it to our database or files. The report we generate from it is saved (see below), and it can quote or paraphrase parts of your material.
Please don't send other people's personal data or confidential information you aren't allowed to share.
What we store
- Your email address, to tie the report to you and to contact you about it. We don't send marketing emails.
- Your report, so you can come back to it. Anyone who has its link can open it, so share the link carefully.
- A one-way hash of your IP address, to limit how many reports one network can create per hour. We don't store the IP itself.
- Payment status: the Polar checkout ID and the time you paid. We never see or store your card details.
Our hosting provider also keeps standard request logs (such as IP address and browser type) for a short time to run and secure the service.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Polar's checkout page may set its own cookies when you pay.
Who processes your data
- Anthropic writes the report with Claude. Under its commercial terms, material sent through the API isn't used to train models; Anthropic may keep it for a limited time for safety and abuse monitoring.
- Polar handles payments as merchant of record, including taxes and invoices.
- Vercel hosts the site.
- Neon hosts the database.
These providers may process data outside Türkiye and the EU, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep reports, emails and payment records until you ask us to delete them, except where we need to keep payment records by law.
Your rights
Under Türkiye's personal data law (KVKK) and, where it applies, the EU GDPR, you can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email help@howmanybuggingquestion.com from the address you used, and include your report link if you have it. We reply within 30 days.
Children
The service isn't meant for anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
